EVERYONE nice courteous professional and respectful. I would recommend Georgia Air to all my friends and family! Truly a very nice experience!!! Steven was a great help in explaining the system we purchased! Mckenzie was very helpful also in his explaining the efficiency of the system. The expertise of these techs goes beyond the call of duty! I am proud to be part of the Georgia Air family!
Booking the appointment was easy and quick. Brandon, the tech, was professional, knowledgeable, and patient enough to put up with all my stupid questions. Hopefully my AC unit won't have any more problems for a while, but if it does, I know what company I am calling and what tech I am requesting to do the work.
Brandan arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner. He was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He didn’t mind a nosey toddler watching him work which is a big bonus in our house. We would be happy to have him back for our next maintenance visit!
