I can't say enough for how professional and efficient the Gibson Lovell representative was. Over the past couple of years we had 3 other HVAC companies come to take a look at our system and their fix was to completely replace the whole system for an exorbitant amount of money. The Gibson Lovell rep was able to give us options for a short term fix as well as long term fix and multiple options to proceed with at an amazing price. I can't say enough about Dale Lovell and his crew. They were on time, polite and they knew what they were doing, definitely a rarity these days. They went above and beyond in getting the job done of replacing my old unit and made sure that everything was working as it should before they left. They knew that I had just had new hardwood flooring installed before my old unit failed and they made sure to be extra careful. They even asked first when having to go into different rooms if it was ok. They kept me updated and explained what was being done the entire time. Hands down the BEST company for HVAC! I've been using these guys for years personally and professionally and they never disappoint. :) I recommend them to all my clients. (I'm in Real Estate)
