From start to finish nothing but the best experience! Caleb and crew installed my new unit in a very timely manner, he explained his installation fully and showed me around his installation site and explained the new system fully! This is my second time purchasing thru Canadys two years ago I had my upstairs unit and air handler replaced and again top notch service for that as well!
Ghazwab was our technician and he found our system issue and contacted Canady main office and was honest about the compressor being 7 days away till delivery. He came back and finished up the job perfectly! I wished the front office had texted us updates on the progress of getting the part.
Qasim was amazing - he was thoughtful and very informative about the leak in my kitchen ceiling. I highly recommend him and would definitely call and request his services through Canady’s again.
