We went with a different company for maintenance when we moved further out, but after being charged double for services, and not trusting what the techs said, we were eager to have the more fairly priced and honest company back. “Thankful we had our yearly HVAC maintenance inspection!

This time around burnt wires were found that represented a real fire hazard. The issue was identified and fixed during a routine maintenance inspection that we insist on - because preventative maintenance can be far cheaper than the cost after an event.

In this case the after-event cost could have been catastrophic.

Please have your units check to make sure that everything remains in order - please.
