Had a good experience with Walker for a warranty repair on a commercial Atosa reach-in freezer. It did take a couple of trips. First repair was to improve a design flaw that allows condensation to build causing frost. It didn't solve the problem we were having but probably needed. When we continued to have frost issues as well as temp issues, they came back and diagnosed that the temp sensor was not working correctly. Part was ordered and replaced within 3 days. Freezer seems to be operating perfectly now. Holds temp and auto defrost appears to be working properly now.
