He carefully removed one tile, opened the concrete, repaired the leaking pipe, filled the area back in, and replaced the concrete neatly. “I made an appointment at 5pm and had a team out by 8am the following day. The gentlemen that serviced my system were professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer any of my questions and explain what they were doing and why. I ended up with a riser for my unit that allows me to check if service is needed with just a few screws and allows the technicians to drain my septic system next time without digging up the yard. My system might have a failing drain field. Delta offered a service called hydro jet that cleans out the field to give it a chance to correct on its own. The difference in price between the hydro jet and the drain field replacement is massive. With the replacement starting at $12k. Hopefully the hydro jet will be effective for my issues. They also had 12 months same as cash financing as well as longer term options.“
