I called New Era for a septic pump issue in my basement. Anthony was the Tech that came out and diagnosed my problem. THIS GUY IS GREAT. He found the issue quickly and ZAP!!!!! It was taken care of just that fast. He also educated my wife and I on a few things about our pump and preventive maintenance. Thanks Anthony.
If you are looking for an on time and professional plumber then look no farther. Anthony came to my house and was able to pinpoint my problem within fifteen minutes after he arrived. Anthony is the most knowledgeable plumber I have ever had the opportunity to do business with. The office personnel are very responsive and helpful. If I could leave more than five stars I would!
