I want to leave a positive review for Rod Harlan. He came out to look at an upstairs plumbing issue at my mother’s home, and even though he wasn’t able to complete that repair the same day, I appreciated how thorough and professional he was. Instead of rushing to order a random part, he took the time to properly inspect everything, take pictures, and do further assessment so he could make sure the correct part is ordered and the job is done the right way.
What also stood out to me was that before leaving, he still took the time to come downstairs and fix another plumbing issue for my mother, which made her very happy. That level of care, honesty, and professionalism...read full review
