Based on the reviews, Chasteen Plumbing is an honest and hard-working company. They are extremely responsive and always on time. The technicians are courteous, professional, and well experienced. They listen to what customers say, are patient, and put thought into their actions. They inspect every area involved and take their time to figure out the problem, even if it is not a plumbing issue. One technician was very helpful and disassembled a sink to bring out debris causing a slow drain. From scheduling to fixing the issue, the process is seamless and speedy. Customers highly recommend them for any plumbing issue and give them a 10 out of 10.
I have had them in my house multiple times to assist with Plumbing issues we were having. They have also been to my mother’s house and grandmother‘s house. You cannot ask for a more honest and hard-working company. Extremely responsive and always on time. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issue you may have. 10 out of 10 in my book.
Wow, I don’t know another word to describe my experience with Chasteen Plumbing. From scheduling the appointment to fixing my plumbing issue, the process was seamless and speedy. The technician was well experienced and very presentable. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone with plumbing issues.
I was very satisfied with the plumber that came today. He informed me that he didn’t have the proper part and the job had to be rescheduled. I informed him that the bathroom sink water was a little slow draining. He disassembled the sink and brought out some debris that was causing the slow drain. I was very thankful for that. Thank you!
