I made an appointment at 5pm and had a team out by 8am the following day. The gentlemen that serviced my system were professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer any of my questions and explain what they were doing and why. I ended up with a riser for my unit that allows me to check if service is needed with just a few screws and allows the technicians to drain my septic system next time without digging up the yard. My system might have a failing drain field. Delta offered a service called hydro jet that cleans out the field to give it a chance to correct on its own. Not knowing anything about septic tanks, I had to trust their recommendation. That being said, Kyle and the team was efficient, professional and had great customer service. The price was higher than anticipated, but it'll be worth it to prevent serous issues further down the road.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process to me. I appreciated that they provided multiple options and worked with me to find a solution that fit my budget instead of trying to upsell unnecessary services.
What impressed me most was that they went the extra mile and even helped unclog my bathtub while they were here, saving me the cost of calling a separate plumber.
