Jose was the tech and Ervin the field supervisor..both were great guys. They took pictures and explained everything thoroughly. They fixed today's problem and left me with pictures and quotes for work I need to consider having done in the future if I don't want to have todays problem again...and the future work will have a 5 year warranty. Roto Rooter is not the most expensive or the cheapest but are reliable and always available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Daniel gave thorough, detailed service, and irradicated the piercing, noise (caused by a carbon monoxide alarm, which had dropped down into the hot water heater encasement, and wouldn't stop ringing), and retrieved the alarm from the bottom of the box.
It was late Saturday evening when Will arrived. He was friendly, thorough and guided me through what occurred and what needed to be done. Because of the leak he reported to dispatch we would possibly need a team for water extraction and cleanup. Dalton showed up for cleanup. He too was very friendly after looking over my basement we discussed my options. Finally, the installation of the new water heater we met Jamal Sunday morning. He also did an awesome job. He also greeted us with a smile and provided additional information about the work that was done.
