I had an outstanding experience with Derrick & Sons Plumbing! Brett on the phone and Ian at the house were both incredibly helpful, punctual, and professional. I'm truly impressed and satisfied, and I will certainly contact them again if I require plumbing services in Douglasville! :)
I was thoroughly pleased with the prompt service (within hours of the call) and the courtesy shown by the plumber, Ian. He skillfully addressed the issue, and it was considerably more affordable than I had anticipated! I would highly recommend Derrick & Sons Plumbing!
Initially, Ian was dispatched and successfully unclogged my toilet. He was extremely proficient and efficient. Roughly a week after, my shower started to make gurgling sounds similar to a toilet. Derrick & Sons Plumbing's team returned promptly, without any additional charges. This time, it was Brett who arrived. They maintained the same friendly demeanor. It turned out to be a different issue altogether. These gentlemen were exceedingly tidy, observing all safety protocols including wearing masks, and took the time to explain everything meticulously.
