I have been working with Master HVAC for over 3 years, they have taken care of all our my HVAC needs for the Gainesville, Alpharetta, Canton and Woodstock areas. They are always responsive and very detailed on their repairs. I work for a large Facility Management company and our customer expects a quick turn around and I can always count on a quick response. In addition, the owner is also available on the weekend, top notch vendor with a great support staff.

I have always found their service staff to be knowledgeable and competent. They have provided timely response to emergency needs and repairs. Their fees and charges are fair for all services and equipment provided. I believe their desire is complete customer satisfaction!
