Tom came the same day I called and found the repair work had been done incorrectly by another contractor. He had everything he needed on his truck and promptly corrected the issues.
Trent was great - very knowledgeable and willing to share info for all my questions. Even climbed up in the attic to see if there was any way we could make our ductwork more efficient. He came out today after I noticed my downstairs condensing unit stopped running this morning and got us back on track before the peak heat of the day - crisis averted! Love these guys and will only use them for my HVAC work in the future.
