“Highly recommend this company. While weeding I hit the conduit line going into the back of my A/C unit. The unit sparked, smoked and the unit died. Andy came out the next day (which was Labor Day) to fix my A/C. Andy showed me what happened with the ground line in the unit. He walked to the breaker panel and showed me it was tripped. He fixed the problem in 10 min. Will be referring my friends, co-workers realtors and anyone else I can recommend for A/C work.“

I walk into my house and think, gee, it feels a little hot in here. I see it's 80 degrees downstairs. That's odd, I think, it's set for 75, but chalk it up to it being 105 outside. So I go upstairs to change and get hit by a wall of heat while walking up the stairs! It's 94 degrees in our bedroom and, quite obviously, our upstairs A/C unit is not working. Ain't that JUST great. I have guests showing up tomorrow, it's 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon, there's a heatwave the likes Atlanta has never seen before, so how in heck am I going to get someone to look at my A/C sometime before October????!! I call Indoor Comfort Solutions, fully expecting them to burst out laughing when I ask when they might come out to look at my A/C unit. Was I ever pleasantly surprised!!! Bill answered the phone, and when I explained my predicament, he said he had a tech in the area who could swing by and see what could be done. On a Saturday. In the middle of the worst heat wave ever. Sure enough, Ben shows up at my door about an hour later, quickly replaces the faulty part, charges me much less than I thought I'd be charged, thanks me, smiles and heads out to his next appointment. To say I am pleased with the prompt, courteous and above-and-beyond service of the crew at Indoor Comfort Solutions would be an understatement. THANK YOU guys! You deserve every star!!"In 2019, my unit gives up the ghost. The unit was almost 20-years old, I get it. I contact Indoor Comfort Solutions again. Bill writes me up a proposal for a new system that was MORE than fair. It's installed quickly and runs like a charm.Fast forward to 2024. I've since moved out of state, and am renting out my unit in Atlanta. My property manager contacts me, said his A/C guy told him the compressor went out and it would cost me A LOT to replace it. I advised my property manager that I had left him a list of preferred vendors, and Indoor Comfort Solutions was the only ones I'd let look at my system. I call Bill, and he sends Matt out to look at the unit. He quotes me a price that was 1/3 of what my property manager's A/C guy quoted him. There were some other things the other company did that would have further inflated my bill, and I let the property manager know about it.Anyway, Bill and Matt replaced the faulty compressor. All this was handled with me being in another state. They even handled contacting my renter for me.I really cannot say enough good things about Bill and his wonderful crew at Indoor Comfort Solutions.
