Excellent service on a full HVAC replacement at a fair price. Great communication from the start, and all my questions were answered. The crew worked hard and left everything better than they found it. Erick walked me through everything and even remembered to reset the water heater for me because the gas had been turned off. I’ve been a customer of American Home Shield (AHS) for over 20 years, and for a recent AC repair, they assigned Ambient Heating and Cooling. What I experienced was one of the most impressive service engagements I’ve had in a long time.
The issue turned out to be quite complex—a tricky loss of 24V signal from the indoor unit to the compressor through a multi-wire cable.
