I normally do not write reviews, but I have to make an exception for Lanier HVAC. Our AC unit shut down, and we had two other HVAC companies come out to look at it. Neither was able to diagnose the problem. Lanier HVAC came out after hours, took the time to thoroughly evaluate the system, quickly identified the issue, and had us back up and running that same night!

Great tech from lanier as always. A fair price, giving me options on what to fix, etc. I had a lot of trouble with my unit so I had to use lanier HVAC a couple of times and they never disappoint.

Outstanding AC Technician — Highly Recommend!
I had an excellent experience with Mr. Don. He was on time, professional, and explained everything clearly. He quickly diagnosed and narrow down the issue, walked me through the options, and fixed the problem efficiently.
What I appreciated most was his honesty and attention to detail—no pressure, no upselling, just solid work done the right way. After the repair, he tested the system thoroughly and made sure everything was running properly before leaving. He also gave helpful maintenance tips to keep the heater performing well.
