Called Gary again, this time to install a new disposal and kitchen faucet. As per my previous reviews, he did a great job. I hope we don't need him again soon, but if we have a need for a plumber, he'll be the first call.

Job#2 - May 2024
Called Standridge Plumbing with, what turned out to be, a minor problem with my pilot going out & not restarting (user error). Gary talked me through the correct way to relight the pilot and I was back in business. But because our water heater was 20+ years old and now seemed to be on it's last leg, we decided to pre-emptively replace it. Once again, Gary returned calls and inquiries very quickly and we had a scheduled water heater installation taken care of two days later. I'm really glad I saved their telephone number. Highly recommend this company.

Job#1 - 2024
We had a water heater issue last week. Standridge had been recommended by some neighbors so we decided to give them a call. We were contacted very quickly and they were at our townhouse within a few hours. While the problem wasn't cheap (what plumbing repair is), it was completed to our satisfaction within a couple of hours. Very happy with the service. We decided to go with him right away and he reached out to the county to mark the gas, phone lines the same day. The next morning, Jeff came with his two sons in tow to repair the leak. When the technician (David) arrived, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and explained everything he was going to do. Our toilet was leaking out of the bottom of the tank, and was also constantly running. Even though we were ready to simply replace the entire toilet, David was able to solve both problems in under an hour, effectively making our toilet brand new for a fraction of what other places have charged in the past.

With last minute cleaning of the kitchen on closing day, we discovered we had a plumbing backup! The new owners were on the way! We had used Garner Plumbing several times in the past.
