“The staff at North Hills is amazing. My dog, Sabrina has been there twice. Once was a scheduled appointment and once as a walk-in. Even as a walk-in they were as prompt and thorough as they could be. They are a smaller office and do their best to get you in and out but manage to make you feel heard and cared for and not like just a number. Their hours are also great and their pricing is very very fair compared to some other offices.”
“Excellent experience since the very first visit! Dr. Raskin and all of his staff have created a great environment and team to care for pets and keep their human companions comfortable as well, total pet hospitality. Communication is easy, quick, and when its needed/ urgent, which is comforting with a 15 y.o. senior dog. Dr. Raskin takes a measured and integrative approach to diagnosing and treating our dogs, and really listens. Highly recommended!”
“Considering the difficult situation, Heron's Crossing was PERFECT! The vet, Dr. Ashley, was meant to do this challenging work: she was calm, informative, professional, and supportive. At every moment, she focused on what was best for our pup, Stella. I also appreciated the detailed website & the team's prompt & clear communications via phone and text. Another plus was their connections to Resting Rainbow cremation service, which was also top notch. There will always be a special place in my heart filled with appreciation for Heron's Crossing.”
