The problem I had today Thursday at 12 noon… was the attitude of the male receptionist. I called in to let them know we were going out the country and that my pet sitter was given their contact.
And was trying to find out if I need to put my CC in file. He was obviously not having a good day, he told me he had to go .. seems he was not interested in hearing me out. This actually is the second time he has been so snippy..“

Without letting my baby suffer, He needed somebody else Who had the knowledge to do much more complicated Care between the two hospitals?
