“This past weekend I took in a stray cat I had been starting to feed and take care of as he got an extreme injury, causing his stomach to open and bleed out. Considering we came here due to close proximity, I didn't know what to expect. However, their compassion and quickness to see him were something special. Sadly we had to put him down but they made the whole process heartwarming and endurable. Thank you for the support that night.“

When my 16 year old dog crossed the rainbow bridge in bridge, her first ever apt at ten weeks was there and when I took her in to cross the bridge Dr Moyer came out of surgery to say her goodbyes. “Happy Tails has saved my dogs life so many times. When he was throwing up food nonstop, dehydrated and then eventually throwing up blood, Dr. Bellinger helped him. He had eye trouble (scratch on his eye) they helped us figure it out. Dr. Julia helped this past time he was struggling to breathe at night, due to probably an abscessed tooth up top in his sinuses. She did his teeth cleaning and some extractions, and he is currently the happiest dog and with so much energy. It is expensive but the care by all the technicians and staff is top notch. They are flexible with your wishes, unlike some vets. Boofy is not neutered and they are ok with it. Every other vet harasses me about that and the fact that I feed him single ingredient foods instead of garbage kibble. I do find it hard to reach them during the day on the phone. It would be nice if they answered the phone consistently. That would be my single complaint, other than the cost being high. But despite that, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.“

“My first visit to The Cat Doctor exceeded my expectations. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making cats feel comfortable. Normally my cat gets very anxious and meows nonstop in his carrier, but he was surprisingly calm during this visit.

I brought him in to see a feline specialist after his recent diabetes diagnosis, and I really appreciated that they only recommended necessary testing instead of trying to sell a full package from a checklist. Dr. G was very informative, and I felt confident that there was a solid, well-thought-out plan for my cat’s care, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.“

During our second appointment, everyone was very helpful, compassionate, and made sure we understood the process/weren’t left with any questions. They reassured us multiple times that we could take as much time as needed, which was so appreciative during a difficult time. They treated our dog as their own and offered lots of treats before we said goodbye.
