I cannot say enough good things about the clinic and Dr. Cohen. Dr. Cohen has such a wonderful way with the elderly. Her knowledge and sincerity went a long way in reassuring both my mom and me that new and more advanced hearing aids were the way to go. My mom was shocked by the new technology and being able to hear what was going on around her. My mom can now participate in family banter and catch jokes that previously went unheard. My mom’s quality of life has improved 1000% since getting her new hearing aids. I recommend Dr. Cohen enthusiastically and without any hesitation.

Should have reviewed Joanna a long time ago. I have been going to her for a couple years now(but, have only needed a haircut a handful of times). I recommend Joanna to anyone who has hair, especially those like me with curly hair. Having super thick, very course curly hair, I needed someone who knows what she's doing, which is how I found Joanna. She doesn't do what other stylist do usually, and that is to start brushing my hair out(which feels and looks terrible). Instead, she looks at my hair and makes a gameplan that fits exactly what my hair needed. As soon as I made the first appointment, I told my mom and sister about her, and they feel the same way. She goes above and beyond for every client; she is kind and personal and absolutely fantastic. She talks to you as if you're picking up the last conversation(which is incredible, being that I hadnt had a haircut from her since last Fall). I came in today with my mess of a hair(thick, curly hair and hadn't brushed it out, so I knew how much work was needed) and she made sure everything she was doing was what I wanted. I wanted it straight after the cut because I am about to travel, and she accommodated me 100%. Made my hair the softest it has ever been. Also, I recommend everyone have the deep conditioning treatment. Will continue to recommend Joanna to everyone, and will continue to go to her as long as I can!

I've got a dual cowlick which causes issues for some but not here, always a great cut and look after my visit. Made the mistake and tried others closer. Always end up unhappy and going back to William & Team.

I chose bronze glow for my wedding spray tan and I’m so glad I did! Jenn and the whole staff truly went above and beyond. When I got home from my spray tan, I noticed some streaks from sweating. Since my wedding was a few days away, they let me come back the same night to get re-sprayed and took all the precautions to make sure I didn’t sweat it off again LOL. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease even when I was freaking out thinking I ruined my tan!!! And in the end it turned out perfect ? 10/10 recommend

When I arrived I was a little intimidated and ready to spend well over $100. Tristan took wonderful care of me, I wanted a specific look for my elopement party and he tested multiple different finishes for me to choose from.
We had wonderful light conversation, but I get a little socially anxious and he was more than accommodating of me using my airpods to listen to a podcast.
I got a manicure, with a full set, a color, and a shimmer finish. All in all, it took about an hour and the end price was only $70! (before cash tip)

Clean, friendly and fast. Great pricing. The only negative is their staff doesn't have access to the emails if you need to contact them. At the Athens email address at the bottom of their confirmation email. I had to push back my apt and sent it in before opening that I would still arrive same day but needed a later time. When I arrived they had me as a no show so I needed to wait for next available but that wasn't in issue. But I know that has to be frustrating for staff to not have key information specific to their individual location.

My husband and I went for a couples foot massage. Other than being seated in a separate area separated by a curtain there wasn't anything romantic about it per se and the seats were pretty far apart so much so we couldn't interact/hold hands while waiting to have the massages start. Once the massage commences we became to relaxed to care so it wasn't a big deal but I think in the future I'll request we be closer and I'll certainly ask for more blankets as I was cold most of the session until I finally spoke up. My massage therapist never asked if I was comfortable, if the water pressure was okay as I had requested HOT, but the water in the bucket was more lukewarm so again, right from the beginning I had to ask for the water to be warmer. My husband said his therapist asked him a few times about his comfort level and his bucket of water was the temperature he requested. We arrived just on time which I would suggest they remind or let guests know to come early to sign in, It's possible they did but for some reason they only contacted my husband to confirm the appointment and not me. I made the appointment and provided both of our numbers; so I'm not sure what the general policy is but for future I'll too will make sure they do any confirmation or pre-visit/massage communication with me because he never even told me they had been sending him confirmation or messages so I just assumed that was not part of their protocol until the day we were driving there he had mentioned he had confirmed the appointment the day before. Initially I made the mistake of thinking they were still located in Braselton across from the Chateau Elan as a friend has taken me once before. I'm not sure why I never made the connection they had moved or I had scheduled it in Athens but obviously that's a longer drive so we had to reschedule the first appointment due to my mistake and they were very accommodating and kind and we didn't receive any charges due to the fact we rescheduled and came in to make up the appointment. The navigation to the spa was a bit challenging as they are hidden in a corner of a busy shopping center so planning for that and parking is another thing we will need to prepare for when we return as that was a good 10 min making us walk in right at the time of our appointment instead of early. The boutique store in the spa has some amazing and unique one of a kind finds for helping you create an at home spa feeling with their cozy robes and products. We wish we had a beverage of some kind included in the service, even a cup of water as massages can be dehydrating and encouraging hydration after should be considered by offering a complimentary flavored cup of water. The form asked if we wanted a beverage but not a mention of price so I checked thinking we would have been brought one but afterwards was told by the front desk staff that usually they will ask what kind upfront but due to us being late the therapist must not have seen we wished for one (which we walked in right at the time the appointment was booked but remember the pre-massage form took a few minutes); which explains why they didn't have the water temperature correct and made me feel as if why did we need to spend time completing the information if it wasn't even read or acknowledged. I saw them bringing beverages to others well after we sat down so my thoughts on that were the therapist could have asked the front staff to help accommodate this request for us. At check out, I asked about it and she explained per above and my husband said he was fine not receiving it after the fact and I asked if I could be given the choices and was it part of the service we just didn't receive and she then explains no; it was an additional cost (but that's not noted on the form where it was asked so I was under the impression it was something extra and was looking forward to it; so I was a little bummed about the entire transaction afterwards because she made me feel as if we were super late and that due to that

Saturday was my second visit to 3R. I called Saturday afternoon/evening to see if any of the piercers had availability. The UGA/Ole Miss had the town in an uproar. The receptionist let me know that even though they had an event running I was welcome to come in to get pierced.
Baker did my nipple piercings. It was my third time getting them done. He took his time to ensure the piercings were exactly where I wanted. Even though I've had a lot of experience with various piercings, Baker also showed great care to remind me about aftercare practices and guide me through the whole process. His professionalism is spot on, but his encouraging vibes also had me walking out with my head a little higher!
Plus, 3R gave me a little aftercare packet with candy, a saline pack, and stickers!
Just finished up with Dustin, and I couldn't be happier. Wasn't sure whether I could describe accurately enough what I wanted and he nailed it. Absolutely would recommend to anyone and will be back!

Ok. People use to get tattos of me on them. The problem was that we would do the image per a concept. Like we always show the breast this cone way per a concept. The issue was after I had a cosmetic modification, someone would hostage me and say to revise my body to look like the tattoo image, which is improper also known as corporate hostaging and terrorism and it's also known as a janitorial issue the person hsotaging whom doesn't understand the mechanicals whom says they understand mechanicals.

we noticed our sump pump was on and saw that our sewer was backing up into the basement drain. we rang up Tommy & Sons Plumbing due to the great job they did previously when they installed our water heater. they under-promised but over-delivered. a young guy, let's call him devin, got here in no time and got straight to work. he did his best until his mates, ryan and brent, showed up to assist. devin kept us updated on how things were going. they had everything sorted by the afternoon. before leaving, they gave us some supplies to help deal with the pesky roots that were causing the back-up.
Request for service was promptly answered and service was professionally provided by Rick who was knowledgeable and personable.

I called late in the afternoon when water wouldn't drain anywhere in our house. James was incredibly helpful, as he has been in the past, troubleshooting over the phone and offering a few tricks to try. He assured me that if those didn’t work, he would come out that same day to fix the issue, going above and beyond to ensure it would be taken care of that evening.
Thankfully, his advice worked, and the problem was resolved without needing a service call. When I asked how I could pay him for his time, he kindly said his advice was free and to just call him next time we needed service. James was so friendly, professional, and dedicated to making sure our issue was fixed quickly. I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of customer service. Definitely calling him again for any future plumbing needs!

I was referred to the practice by an existing patient after having a long-standing but invariably stressful patient relationship in another local, multi-location practice. Everyone was so polite and friendly, from Lauren at reception to Dr. Allen - I could barely believe it. I had become accustomed to waiting in the lobby for as long as an hour beyond a scheduled appointment, and for practice staff to speak ill of patients, in front of other patients, as if they were invisible. I had such an overwhelmingly positive experience at Alex Johnson Dental! I regret not leaving my previous practice sooner.

i don’t even know where to begin, as someone with dental anxiety, this was the best experience i have ever had at a dentist. I felt so cared for, and bless the sweet lady that let me squeeze her hand because i know i was squeezing hard and she was just so sweet the whole time. I left with no pain & i still have no pain even though im pretty sure all the numbing medicine is gone by now. He explained everything he was doing & just made me feel so comfortable, constantly reassuring me i was doing good. If you need a good dentist, STOP HERE YOU FOUND HIM.

After I suffered a severe break at my C5 vertebra, it was Dr. Carl who guided me through the process of expediting my MRI and connected me with the surgeon for my complex neck surgery. I would gladly give them 5 stars, but truly, they deserve a rating ten times that. Their dedication and expertise exceeded all my expectations!
Hoss(fur baby) was having hip issues. Dr. Meg was great with him. She explained everything she was doing to help his hips. He has been back for his second visit. It was just as good as the first. Hoss is doing so much better. I will not hesitate to reach out to her again if Hoss or myself need her.

I've been going to chiropractors for about 30 yrs. I've been to many diff ones, had many diff types of adjustments and when I was younger (I'm 59 now) like the rougher the adj the better. Now bc I have both an ongoing condition, permanent injury at C7-T1 and have had low back surgery bc of a congenital defect, I need very gentle AND effective adjustments. Doc Meredith is absolutely wonderful as well as extremely effective. I think she is truly gifted and that this is her calling. She has adjusted me in places I've never been adjusted in as well as used some techniques I've never seen. She's remarkable and I can see and feel her genuine care and concern as well as that of her co-workers. Wonderful place!!

I got back from a week long vacation and was so worried my cat had a blockage. I don’t have a primary vet here in Athens, so I took a gamble and am so glad I did. The team at South Athens was phenomenal and saw me on very short notice, despite the lack of information I could provide on the situation. They did a full exam, made me completely at ease, and helped me get her up to date with vaccines. My only mistake was not bringing her here sooner!

I have used the Boulevard team to care for my two cats for the past eight years. They are pleasant, accommodating, and down-to-earth. They understand all the factors that go into making decisions for the well-being of your furbabies, and they do not pressure you into expensive treatments that are unnecessary. Even after moving more than 30 minutes away, I have continued to use Boulevard Animal Hospital because of the great experience I have had over the years. I would highly recommend this clinic and all the vets on staff!
We were referred to Dr. Stampley in 2023 when our husky tore her right CCL. We elected for surgery and noticed an immediate difference in our gal Scarlett. Fast forward to 2025 and she also had a tear in her left CCL. We did not hesitate to bring her back in to see Dr. Stampley! After consulting with Dr. Stampley we decided a second knee surgery was the best route. During both procedures and leading up to the procedures the staff and Dr. Stampley were wonderful in explaining everything. The care Scarlett receives when she is there is fantastic. She is now able to be pain and enjoy being a dog rather than sitting on the sidelines. If you are hesitant to get the surgery, I was, I would say to do it and do not look back. The recovery is tough but it is well worth it.
We knew it was time. Dr Wong came to my home when my elderly dog needed to be 'put to sleep'. We had had an awful night and her calm, caring manner was a balm on our wounded hearts. She took time to honor his life. We will be forever grateful. Truly, she is a godsend.
