From beginning to end, CertaClean provided an excellent experience! Making an appointment online was very easy, and I really appreciated that the pricing was upfront, transparent, and affordable.
The next day, I received a call from Susan, who helped get everything set up. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and informative. She kept me updated throughout the process and made everything so easy.
Brady was the technician who cleaned my carpets, and he was awesome! He did an excellent job on my living room, hallway, and stairs. Honestly, I thought my carpet was beyond saving and that we would probably need to replace it. I was so impressed with the results!

I just had my area rug and carpet on my stairs cleaned. I’m so happy with the results! Knox was my technician and he was so incredibly professional, informative, and very friendly. He always had a smile on his face. Even Susan in the office was so pleasant and friendly. My entire experience was wonderful! I highly recommend CertaClean if you need your carpets cleaned.
