Extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't get through the first time, but my call was returned almost immediately. I'd called for some information regarding an issue I'd had trouble researching. I wasn't even asking for a paid service, but he was more than happy to provide all sorts of recommendations and advice. At least when I do need work done, I know exactly who to call.
My car usually doesn’t lock with the key inside, but for some Reason on this particular day, it did! I called, expecting to be waiting for hours and for it to cost an arm and a leg. But he arrived in 15 minutes and got me into my car in Less than five minutes! The price wasn’t bad either! Thank you!!
He made me a car key after losing both originals. Came right away even though I told him I’d be willing to wait, was v professional, worked quickly. Was a huge relief to have my car again. Thank you!
