Jeremy was absolutely outstanding. I was locked out of my apartment in the evening (on a Sunday at 6pm, mind you)and needed help quickly because I had to be back at work at 3:00 a.m. The lock turned out to be far more difficult than expected, but Jeremy worked incredibly hard, stayed patient, and refused to give up. When the deadbolt could not be opened, he replaced it and made sure I was safely back inside.
He was professional, kind, thorough, and genuinely cared about getting the job done correctly. It is rare to find someone who combines skill, honesty, persistence, and compassion, but Jeremy did exactly that.

The gentleman picked up the phone immediately, was kind, trustworthy and reasonably priced. We are located in Commerce, GA and it was hard to find someone that services here but he did. Plus he made us 2 extra keys, free of charge.
