After being informed by a company—let’s call them “X Heating and Cooling”—that my system would require $4,800 in repairs, I decided to seek a second opinion based on recommendations from the Oglethorpe County Facebook community. Several people suggested Acker Heating and Cooling, and I am so glad I followed their advice. The technician from Acker was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. Within 40 minutes, he had my system up and running. In contrast, the technician from Company X spent only about 15 minutes on-site before providing his so-called “educated” diagnosis. I highly recommend Acker Heating and Cooling for their professionalism, integrity, and excellent service.

I was on time for a 2;30pm appointment
I waited an hour beyond my scheduled appointment time to get my 2 animals checked out. Days earlier I had called more than once to make sure all was good for my appointment
I wasn't sure what the issues were. Seemed to me poor scheduling.
This was my very first appointment.
I really do want to establish a positive relationship with my local vet.
