I called today just inquiring about a lotion and the girl on the phone - Paula - answered. She was so sweet, very knowledgeable, quick to answer my question and so helpful! I later came in to purchase the lotion and the way I was treated on the phone was exactly what I got in person from Paula. We chatted about other lotions we liked and she made me feel confident about what I was purchasing! I would go back over and over to keep purchasing lotions from her!🩷
I was skeptical at first about buying membership in a college town.. but, I assure you so far it has been AWESOME! Yes I’m a little older but, the customer service is OUTSTANDING! Will continue to tan here! Thank you for making me feel welcome! Bed #18 is awesome!!!!😉
