I really feel that the regular treatments I have been receiving for the last few months have helped my lower back and sciatic pain. When I first started, I had sciatic so severe at times I couldn’t bear weight on that leg. Now, although I still have some lingering pain, I am able to walk, climb and stoop without problems. This has definitely helped me.

When I met with Stacey & decided to start this journey to better health, my diet was horrible. I hated being in the kitchen, I ate mostly junk, drank minimal water & was addicted to diet soda. I felt horrible physically and was ashamed of how unhealthy I was. The first change I noticed was increased focus & mental sharpness at work! I was cooking two meals from scratch daily which I’ve never done before in my entire life. I gained so much confidence in my ability to be self-disciplined in which I had lost all hope. When I first started to go see Dr. Simpson, I was experiencing tingling and burning my legs and feet. In addition to that, I was having sleepless nights and high A1C. After visiting with Dr. Simpson, with his knowledge and expertise I feel so much better! I highly recommend him and his professional staff.
