I have been coming here for many years just for the most pampering brow waxing experience in town, but today I finally enjoyed their massage services for the first time. I love how easy and flexible the booking process is. Andrew provided an excellent 90 minute back, neck, and shoulders massage followed by Rachel for a 30-minute scalp massage. They were both extremely knowledgeable and professional and handled my specific concerns and needs wonderfully. Highly recommend Urban Sanctuary for a multitude of their services and for their professional and extremely gracious staff.

Booked my Swedish massage appt online with Austin, but when I got to the spa, they told me they had me with Chad who they said was equally good. They were right! Chad came in and spoke with me beforehand to introduce himself and review my intake form. He got in there and worked out the knots, the tension, and the tightness and even asked me if the pressure was good. I like firm pressure and it was perfect. I left there feeling extremely relaxed. I will definitely be back to see Chad again!

I had an amazing Dermaplane facial with Angelina. It was my first facial ever and Angelina made sure I was comfortable and informed about the entire process. I had a pretty bad skincare routine and Angelina didn't make me feel judged about that- and recommended amazing products specifically for my skin type. It's been about a month after the facial and after using the products she recommended, and I've never been so confident in my skin and facial routine. I feel informed, renewed, and always welcome at Urban Sanctuary thanks to Angelina and the helpful desk staff!
