    This is a great studio! Lots of class options, the teachers take the time to explain the moves and offer modifications, the space is clean and bright, everyone makes you feel welcome, and the fresh flowers always brighten my day. Thanks!

    I love the space Jolin and the Yogis at Fuel Yoga have created! The energy is welcoming and dynamic. They offer a great variety of classes that challenge all skill-levels. I enjoy balancing my practice with a hot class and following it up with a yin class, later in the day. Each instructor has a solid practice and offers their own style and expertise.My favorite class is the Slow Flow Vinyasa class offered Thursdays and Sundays. Hope’s Slow Flow Vinyasa class gently relaxes my body and helps me release stored trauma. It is therapy and exercise in one class! I love taking it on Thursday in the middle of the day.     4/21/2024: Just went to an incredible and unique pilates class with April. It was a fun class with good music. It was an answered prayer for me, specifically, because I've been having some lateral instability in my knee and hoping to strengthen the muscles with focused holds and low impact training. This was a 12/10 class for what I needed.Dylan and Hope are great new additions to an amazing group of instructors. I'm fortunate to have such a good place to practice.
