So the Hunt starts, and we gave Mr. Appliance of Orlando/ Winter Park a shot. Within 5 minutes, and Appointment for the following morning, with all fees were booked for the visit. A Mr. Yervant Cox came out. He knew his stuff immediately, and after several issues addressed, I was up and running like new, in under an hour, and at a very reasonable price.“

“The self-propelled Wind tunnel lost its assistance when drawing the vacuum back. I had emailed Marjie Labriola to see if it could be repaired & to set an appointment (so many reviewers 'just popped in'' & were immediately taken care of). Ms Labriola was ready for my appointment, replaced the two belts (I had on-hand already), and brought it out less than 10 minutes later. Replacing the belts did not resolve the issue. She was able to order a replacement drive & install, but it would be about three quarters of the complete vacuum's purchase price years ago. I was there less than half an hour and all her work was volunteered. Also assisted in loading the vacuum back into my vehicle, Even freely gave her expertise on a replacement vacuum, stating that with my type of carpet, she could not recommend one of her store's units (honest & helpful). Even when it is not profitable.....thank you so much Ms Labriola!“

“I was in the market for a specific refrigerator. I made many calls and checked every place online. Assured appliance had what I was looking for in stock and could deliver it quickly. I liked the text option as well since sometimes at work I can’t use my phone. Fred was very educational and helped answer my questions even explained how to measure my current space for the new refrigerator. Delivery day was amazing. I got a window for the time and then Victor called 20mins away so it was perfect!! He set it up and I was all set. I definitely recommend and will be back for any future appliances. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and safe (wore a mask while on property). He had to leave to get a part from storage and came back within an hour. Fantastic response time as other companies couldn’t come out until 2 or 3 days later. Thank you!!!“

“Fields Appliance Service has been taking care of my KitchenAid appliances across two counties for over 20 years. I have never had anything but completely positive interactions with them. From my dishwasher to my refrigerator to my cooktop to now my double oven they have been excellent. When I noticed their name is now Flamingo, I was a little concerned that that might fall by the wayside. Never fear, Flamingo is just as exceptional as Fields always was. I had a dreadful thing happen with my double oven: I decided to use the self clean and the bottom oven overheated and blew out the glass. The glass was replaced by Flamingo but I called a local company for the oven repair because I thought Flamingo‘s estimate was too high. But the local company was out here six or seven times and I spent quite a bit of money for them not to figure out the problem. I decided to call Flamingo back and I am so thankful I did. Their original estimate was quite a bit higher but thankfully Darrell kept troubleshooting until he found the real problem, and adjusted the bill down accordingly. I am so thankful for Darrell and his tenacity in finding out what the problem was, an obscure part tucked in behind things. After two years I actually have a working double oven just in time for the holidays! Additionally, their communication is exceptional, and they give an accurate timeframe of when the technician will arrive. Then they text 30 minutes in advance to let me know when they’re coming. All around excellent experience and I won’t use anybody else for my appliance repairs.“
