She called me right back and told me they could get someone out to our house today and explained the service fee. RonDale arrived around 12:45pm and fixed our problem within 15 min. of being there. He was the main reason I called this company because his name was mentioned numerous times in other google reviews. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that I could understand. This team is top notch and I will be calling them for any future AC repairs. Thank you for all of your help today!“

“We are long time customers. Great family business! You get a personal touch that is so rare these days! We needed a new brush for the hose, but liked the one from the first vacuum cleaner we purchased from the store 30 years ago. The brush manufacturer went out of business. So the owner of this store made some calls and family stock and we'll get it next week. Now that's what I call service!“

“The whole team at Mr. Repair has been so amazing during a difficult time! Being without air conditioning is definitely a first world problem but can make for very uncomfortable living. The team at Mr. Repair worked efficiently with my home warranty company to help get everything back and running as quickly as they could. Every person that came to my home from beginning to end of this process has been amazing! Nick was the first to come and bless his soul had to defrost my entire system for over an hour before even being able to diagnose and was still polite as ever! Molly always was there to answer my one thousand calls and questions and even provided advice to help me afford the uncovered costs for repairs! Lastly Mike and his team spent almost the whole day repairing my system and communicating with me throughout the whole process. So grateful to all of them and will definitely go to them for all my future AC needs ❤️“
