Mr. Appliance of Orlando, has performed excellent service to two of our sub zero appliances as well as our Scotsman ice maker in the past few months. Today, Alex saved our subzero freezer section of our 15 year old combination unit that stopped working. Alex also repaired our many year old Scotsman ice maker that original installer botched from the get go by making up a false story that we ordered the wrong model unit.
Numerous months ago, serviceman Tony repaired and saved our 30+ year old subzero freezer when other companies would not agree to service it due to its age and unavailability of replacement parts. This freezer has been working like a champ ever since…. (many months ago).
The above services are not inexpensive but replacing the custom built-in units would have cost us so much more angst and cash!

I did have to reschedule the repair once due to unforeseen circumstances, and for some reason the off hours service number had an address for me from 5 years ago so I don't really know what was up with that but we were able to get it resolved and reschedule the appointment for the next business day.
Needed a technician to get the digital pad on my Memphis grill to work. The tech was knowledgeable and was able to get the pad connected and working. He then did an update to the software and all was good. Have not been able to use the smoker in 8 months. Well worth the expense!
