The self-propelled Wind tunnel lost its assistance when drawing the vacuum back. I had emailed Marjie Labriola to see if it could be repaired & to set an appointment (so many reviewers 'just popped in'' & were immediately taken care of). Ms Labriola was ready for my appointment, replaced the two belts (I had on-hand already), and brought it out less than 10 minutes later. Replacing the belts did not resolve the issue. She was able to order a replacement drive & install, but it would be about three quarters of the complete vacuum's purchase price years ago. Margi was AWESOME! Very nice, knowledgeable. Took a Dyson vacuum and a Hoover carpet cleaner in on Monday and had it back on Tuesday. So appreciate her help and good prices. Thank you Margo. I will highly recommend you.

A+ service today! I took my Dyson in to get it unclogged thinking I’d drop it off, but the super awesome lady (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) fixed it immediately, and she also got the kinks out of the power cord! Nice service!
