Nothing but positive things to say about Assured Appliance, and I can’t recommend them enough. I got a great deal on a washer and dryer, and when I needed service it was easy to get it scheduled quickly with their friendly, knowledgeable staff. Cannot recommend this place enough for purchasing a refurbished machine! Our experience working with the Assured appliance team has been nothing but positive. We came in with a set budget in mind to purchase a new washing machine for our home. Fred was amazing to work with, he met us right at our price point and gave us options too. We settled on a machine with a warranty nearly straight away. He mentioned how they offer delivery and free haul-away for old machines. This worked perfectly for us considering we had a Facebook marketplace washer that had crapped out on us. Fred is a stand up guy and a man of his word. I buy every appliance from him. Probably 4-5 from him now. He deliver in time, if there’s a problem he tackles it head on, and he’s a great communicator. Will never get another Applicance elsewhere.
