We are long time customers. Great family business! You get a personal touch that is so rare these days! We needed a new brush for the hose, but liked the one from the first vacuum cleaner we purchased from the store 30 years ago. The brush manufacturer went out of business. So the owner of this store made some calls and family stock and we'll get it next week. Now that's what I call service!

Today I had the pleasure to visit this shop. No amount of words can explain the pleasure I had with my interaction with wife and husband (sorry, i forgot your names). Even though I went near their closing time but they still took their time in listening my needs and suggesting the correct vacuum.The thing that I absolutely loved about them is that they didn’t push me for an expensive version of the sebo vacuum i was looking for but suggested the one that was more appropriate for my needs. Business owners like these are rare these days. Absolute gems. Customer for life.
