I called this morning right when they opened and talked to Cherine. She was very professional and responsive. She called me right back and told me they could get someone out to our house today and explained the service fee. RonDale arrived around 12:45pm and fixed our problem within 15 min. of being there. He was the main reason I called this company because his name was mentioned numerous times in other google reviews. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that I could understand. This team is top notch and I will be calling them for any future AC repairs. Thank you for all of your help today!

Rondell was amazing!! He and the Cold Wall team were punctual, knowledgeable, and personable. My new ac unit was installed promptly and completed the same day. I absolutely love my new AC. I’ve already begin recommending Cold Wall and Rondell to my family and friends. Thank you Rondell and Cold Wall!!
