Originally called another Appliance Repair Company and wasn't satisfied with their diagnosis. They told me part needed was no longer manufactured and to buy a new refrigerator. I called Randy for a second opinion and I couldn't be happier. He quickly found the part that was faulty and had to order a new replacement part for my Refrigerator. Within 3 days and around a $200 repair I saved the cost of a new Refrigerator. The part by the way was not even the piece that the other company diagnosed as being faulty. Randy did an awesome job repairing my refrigerator. He promptly call me back after I left a message and set up an appointment. He quickly found the part that was faulty on my refrigerator, ordered it and installed it 3 days later. He saved me a ton of money on a new refrigerator and I couldn't be more thankful. Another repair company told me the refrigerator couldn't be fixed and to buy a new one. So glad I called Randy for a second opinion. Wonderful to do business with. Will certainly recommend him.
