“I am almost 80 years old and was required to have a hair sample drug test.....imagine. I was not prepared with the authorization papers needed for my walk-in visit. The front desk woman was an amazing asset and helped me step-by-step get the documents required from my employer. She allowed me to wait in my car as everything was being processed. When all was ready, she called me on my mobile and said, "You can come in now!" I am very grateful that Concentra has such compassionate and patient employees to guide the people needing assistance.“

“After my ultrasound a spot was found on my liver that required me to get an MRI. I had never had an MRI and immediately upon telling Jessica (front desk) this as she was walking me to my changing room she asked me if I was going to be okay, said it would be okay if not. When I met Kathleen, the tech, I knew I would be okay. I say this without hesitation, Kathleen was meant for this job. I had zero concerns, no stress, she was giving me tips and constantly checking in on me. I know this can be a stressful time but I hope more people get to experience kindness & professionalism like that of Jessica & Kathleen!“
