The BEST experience I’ve ever had ! The place is beautiful! The nurses and front desk were the nicest people, took time to listen. Ana perdomo-camps was the BEST! Just moved here and had a bad experience at another location. I will ALWAYS come here if I need anything! HIGHLY recommend!
Not the way we wanted to start our vacation but BVUC was super quick and extremely communicative throughout our entire visit. We were told how long we would wait in the lobby and once we got to a room we were told when we were the next patient to be seen. Having the medication we needed right at the clinic was so efficient. We saved a lot of time and stress by stopping here before checking into our hotel. Definitely recommend if you need urgent care medical attention during your Disney stay. Nobody wants to wait in a doctor’s office while they’re on vacation!
Absolutely amazing experience at this urgent care! The wait time was very short, the staff was incredibly friendly, and they checked on us constantly to make sure we were doing okay. We’re from out of state, so we were relieved that they accepted our insurance with no issues. Having an in-house pharmacy for most medications was also such a huge plus and made everything so much easier. Highly, highly recommend this urgent care to anyone needing fast, compassionate care!
