I’ve never had to work with Theresa Pacifici in her role as a social worker at AdventHealth, but I’ve had the privilege of getting to know her through my own place of business. Even outside of her professional environment, it’s clear that she brings a rare mix of warmth, humility, and genuine care wherever she goes.

Her positive energy is infectious, and the way she carries herself with kindness, grace, and authenticity that speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. She clearly takes her own health seriously, which only adds to the respect I have for her. She truly lives out the values she likely encourages in others.

AdventHealth is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Theresa on their team. They didn’t just hire a great social worker but they hired a gem of a human being.

Very impressed and satisfied with getting my labs drawn here, I showed up late at 4:20 10 mins before closing and felt bad but Kenya was so nice, professional, and accommodating. Check in was quick and seamless, Kenya was personable and drew my labs efficiently, I was in and out in 7 minutes. She did a great job, the hospital itself is really nice and the labs are right at the front of the main entrance.
