The staff in colonoscopy unit are so loving and caring. They had trouble getting an IV in but succeeded and were so gentle. When I needed a hug because I was nervous, several of the ladies gave me hugs.

Very impressive hospital!I had to take my wife this morning to an emergency room. She had severe pain in her back and could barely move or walk. Our daughter told us that she had been at this emergency a couple of times for one of her children and for herself. The entrance of the ER was simple, just had to walk through a metal detector and a security officer monitored from the other side. This man was professional and friendly. We immediately went to the check-in desk the way man was again, this person was professional with great communication skills. The check-in took less than 5 minutes. Overall, we had an amazing experience at this hospital. Our baby was born in a safe and welcoming environment, and as a mom, I received so much kindness and support from all the nurses.
The food was absolutely delicious honestly, it felt like a five-star restaurant! There were so many options on the menu, which was a wonderful surprise.
I also had the opportunity to have Dr. Reinoso as my doctor. I had already had an experience with him during the birth of my second son, and once again, he did a fantastic job. He is an excellent doctor, and we are very grateful for his care and professionalism.
We are so thankful for everyone who made this experience so special!
