Went for a regular doctors visit, it only took maybe 15-20 minutes, was told my insurance covered it during the visit , and then got an email with my bill today that I cannot pay right now. I am extremely upset and disappointed. Especially this being my first medical visit in the past two years. Will not be coming back.

Even after checking in, they will keep you waiting. You’ll continue to wait while they help all the pharmacy customers that come after you. They absolutely are not mindful of your appointment time. We ended up leaving and scheduled a shot thru Publix. Will never come back here for any shots.

She was incredibly helpful, kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire visit. It’s not easy to find healthcare providers who truly care and make you feel comfortable, but she absolutely did.
We will definitely look for her again whenever we need care in the future.
