“Oh my goodness, I actually give them 100 out of 10! They are the best Urgent Care type place I've ever been to In my life! They're like a miniature hospital! It looks like the only thing they can't do is an MRI they can do ultrasounds and CAT scans, etc. And I venture to say anything and everything else you need done except for an MRI. They offer way more than any Centra Care I've ever been to. I went to the one in Winter Park and from the minute I walked in I got taken right back and just like in a hospital there was one or two people working on my issues at the same time and had me hooked up to monitors just like they do in the hospital and they were just beyond amazing! I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you Guidewell for taking such good care of me!“

“I visited the urgent care this morning with my 7‑year‑old son that has had the flu for the past 6 days with fever, and it was by far the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Asfaw took incredible care of him—she was attentive, gentle, and extremely thorough. Her communication was excellent, and she made sure we understood every step of his care.

The entire staff was amazing as well. From check‑in to discharge, everyone was kind, patient, and professional. It’s rare to feel truly supported in an urgent care setting, but this team delivered exceptional service from start to finish.
