The wait times are reasonable, and the staff is attentive, thorough, and patient. The facility works well with visitors to Disney, providing transportation and on-site medication, making the experience painless and hassle-free. The staff is efficient and professional, going out of their way to ensure visitors' needs are met without disrupting their vacation plans. Patients are often seen by kind doctors and leave with prescriptions in hand, able to return to their day’s activities swiftly. Overall, it is a great experience and highly recommended for anyone seeking urgent medical attention.
We visited AdventHealth Urgent Care on Monday, August 24th during our Disney trip. The complimentary round trip shuttle from our resort was so helpful and our shuttle driver was so kind. Dr. Rory and one of the nurses (I think her name was Patricia) were both amazing. Dr. Rory helped turn a scary situation into a pleasant doctors office visit. He was wonderful with my 4.5 year old daughter and he was so reassuring. I did not feel welcomed or assisted by the other nurse or medical staff. We will use AdventHealth Urgent Care again if necessary on future Disney trips but I hope that proper care will be used at check-in to help worried, frazzled parents.

Absolutely amazing experience at this urgent care! The wait time was very short, the staff was incredibly friendly, and they checked on us constantly to make sure we were doing okay. We’re from out of state, so we were relieved that they accepted our insurance with no issues. Having an in-house pharmacy for most medications was also such a huge plus and made everything so much easier. Highly, highly recommend this urgent care to anyone needing fast, compassionate care!
