“I don't like emergency rooms then, have never been to an urgent care till today. They were great.Everyone was so nice and the provider was so patient and caring and thorough.
Her name is chelsea, and the fact that they're open till eight o'clock made this place.My choice, because I cannot make one.That's open till five.
Thank you for being open till eight o'clock for those of us that cannot come early.

“My experience was made great once I saw the Doctor. She was great. It was a little busy and i had a 35+ min wait to see her, but when she came in she had great positive energy, being the end of the day and Friday. The front deck was very professional and patiently kind. The nurse or tec that took me back was in a robotic rush, pushing out instructions like I was on a rapid moving conveyor belt. She was not mean, just emotionless. So when I was with her it was 1-2-3. I would still recommend this location. I've had great pass experiences.“

“Experience was very positive. The doctor sat down asked questions and listened tentatively to my concerns then called in medication to my pharmacy. They also gave me information on how to take care of my medical illness and suggested I come back if I have any further problems.“

I have had bad experiences with other primary care facilities who made the whole experience feel transactional and like my concerns weren't valid. The ladies up front were also pleasant and nice.“

“We absolutely love our Doctor Hazel. My daughter always looks forward to seeing her, which says so much about the trust and comfort she creates with her patients. She is gentle during exams, especially ear checks, takes the time to listen, thoroughly assess concerns, and discuss the best treatment options without ever making us feel rushed.Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care are the reason I don't mind making a long drive just so my daughter can be seen by her.

We are also incredibly thankful for the clinic and staff, especially for being available on holidays. We were seen on Memorial Day, and having access to such wonderful care when so many offices were closed meant so much to our family.I think it's important to extend grace, patience, and understanding to these professionals, just as they show compassion to us when we need help. Their work is demanding, and providers like her make a meaningful difference in the lives of families every day.
