“I called about 9 am about a bathroom tub faucet leak. He said he was going to be in our neighborhood and would be there before noon. He arrived about 11 am.After the repair, he told us that faucet packing had been leaking and instead of draining into the tub it was draining back toward the wall. This made sense as the carpet on the other side of the wall was damp sometimes. He said that he corrected that problem.He said that even though the faucet was very old the manufacturer was probably the only one the supplied a washer-less insert. He even told me were to purchase the kit if I wanted to do it myself. I thought that was great that he wasn’t trying to sell me more services.Service: Plumbing leak repair“
“It's so hard to hire anyone today to do work and you never know who or if they will show up. We were in need of a shower faucet repair in our spare bathroom. I looked online for local plumbers, started reading reviews and making calls. To my surprise, when I called R G's the woman on the other end (Marsha) was very friendly and answered all my questions. I wasn't sure they would be able to come out on a Monday, she reassured me that Ralph would be able to come out and fix the issue.
