We have been having some issues with our newer A/C unit. The comfort authority came out and was able to diagnose the issue. The comfort authority then replaced all the parts that were needed and added some additional items to the system to help prevent future issues. Thank you to Michael Kennedy for diagnosing the problem and working everything out, thank you to Gary Clark for the great service during the installation and replacement of the equipment and thank you to the owner of the comfort authority for working with us on pricing and providing great service for your products.

First time customer and very satisfied. The service was prompt and excellent with a careful explanation of exactly what the problem was with the ac unit and how to fix it with several different options offered.

Glen did a terrific job. He represented the company well very professional. and I appreciate it. He listened to what my concerns were. I will be having to explain to my wife what the $129 was for. He did a fine job. I’m not sure what he did, so I can tell her. It would have be nicer, to have had it written down what he actually did as opposed to what he’d like to sell me.Yes I am happy. And would recommend comfort Authority to any of my friends who need AC work.
