The gentleman that came out was very tentative to everything asked, offered great solutions, and gave great advice on various things. We didn't end up using the service this time, but I'll be sure to reach back out due to the service of Kirby Thompsons effort! Would certainly recommend!
I am leaving my previous review (5 Stars) below and adding additional comments and changing to 4 starsbased on today's 3/3/24 service call. For the first time in years I have to express extreme disappointment. For several years I had the most amazing technician (Austin) that always went above and beyond to make sure I was always covered and taken care of. Nicholas installed an outlet inside my garage for an outside Ring Camera and did everything professionally and efficiently. I would def hire him and Integrity Home Solutions again.
