My Technician was James Rivera who worked on my plugged bathroom sink drain as well as replacing the dripping backyard spiget. He knew immediately what the solutions were and was able to address both issues. I found him knowlegeable, efficient, very professional and personable. Ashley J. kept me updated on the status of the appointment and James called me the morning of. It's so nice to have my sink draining freely again and everything working as should be.
No one likes to get a water bill over several hundred dollars; but if you do, I hope you have a similar experience that we had with Arthur C. from Pink Plumber. The leak was quickly found and, even with many trees and roots, they were able to fix it while professionally keeping us informed of the status as it progressed
