“This is the second time I needed to call Titan for a back up in less then two months and they decided they needed to put a camera through the line to discover the real cause of the problem. They found grease build up and the line needed to be jettisoned. So the did the snake, camera and jettison all for the cost of the jettison. The office staff was awesome in coordinating with my tenants and keeping me informed and the tech Ariel Rodriguez was on top of not only the job but making to all flow easily and keeping me informed.
